Good Afternoon!
We had a great day and the kiddos were so sweet and made my birthday so special! Thank you all so much!
We began our first spelling list working on consonant blends and two- syllable words. The students made flash cards today and should have those in their folder to practice at home. I will also put a picture of the list up on here under a "Spelling Words" tab. The test will be Friday.
We have been working on place value and reviewing addition in math.
In English we have been working on sentences and knowing the 4 types.
In Reading we are starting a new story this week with our focus being on making inferences.
In science, we are beginning our unit on ecosystems and will have a project coming up.
In social studies, we are learning our state symbols.
